Concept & Art Direction
Barlympic
Barlympic is a conceptual identity project that reinterprets the Olympic Games within a bar setting, combining traditional games with a modern and abstract visual language.
I developed the full identity system, including concept, art direction and graphic design, translating Olympic-inspired visuals into a playful yet structured system. The final outcome was produced as a newspaper format, printed in London to preserve authenticity and reinforce the bar context.

Scope
Art Direction, Visual Identity, Graphic Design, Concept Development, Editorial Design (Newspaper), Print Production
Overview
Create a unique identity that blends the universality of the Olympic Games with the informal and social nature of bar culture, reimagining traditional games through a contemporary design lens.
Approach
Developed a graphic system inspired by Olympic visual codes, using abstract illustrations, geometric shapes and color to represent different games.
The logotype draws from the circular marks left by glasses on bar tables, translating this everyday element into a contextual visual symbol.
The identity balances structure and playfulness, with the newspaper as the central storytelling piece, supported by posters for each game.
Outcome
Delivered a cohesive and concept-driven identity that transforms a familiar cultural context into a distinctive visual experience, combining strong art direction with thoughtful execution and physical production.
