Restart is an application that helps us replace our bad habits regarding sports and nutrition with new habits to create a healthy routine.
The goal of this app is to modify those habits and challenge you to achieve it. In the case of sports, each exercise you do rewards you with "x" points, and by the end of the week, you need to have accumulated 100 points to access the routines for the following week.

​The identity focuses on a line with ups and downs as it shows the process we constantly go through. Additionally, I have differentiated the four main blocks of the app by using color.
Some internal details of the application
You also have a calendar that shows you the daily and weekly schedule you have chosen. In case you want to be stricter, in the meals section you can register the food you have eaten during the day and it shows you the calories you have consumed during the day.
The website provides the necessary support by showing the information needed to capture the user's attention and encourage them to download the app to start their routine change.
On the other hand, we have a group poster that represents the perfect connection the user goes through in each of the blocks, and together, they create perfect stability.
