
Restart
Restart is a habit-building mobile app designed to help users replace unhealthy routines with structured behaviours around sports and nutrition.
I designed the product from scratch, defining the full UX and UI, from user flows and wireframes to final interface using Sketch and Figma. The experience integrates habit loops, progress tracking and gamification principles to drive engagement, consistency and long-term retention.

Overview
Design a mobile product that encourages behaviour change by helping users build and maintain healthy habits through structure, motivation and measurable progress.
Approach
Defined user flows to create a seamless and intuitive experience from onboarding to daily use.
Designed a scalable UI system focused on clarity, hierarchy and engagement, integrating habit loops, reward systems and progress tracking to reinforce user behaviour.
The visual identity reflects the ups and downs of habit-building through a dynamic line system, supported by color-coded sections to improve navigation and usability.
Outcome
Delivered a cohesive and engaging product experience that supports user consistency and motivation, encouraging repeated use and long-term habit adoption.



The website provides the necessary support by showing the information needed to capture the user's attention and encourage them to download the app to start their routine change.
On the other hand, we have a group poster that represents the perfect connection the user goes through in each of the blocks, and together, they create perfect stability.
